Credit questions

Do credits expire?

The plan is 24 months from purchase, with an email reminder before any credit expires. Final terms are published before anything goes on sale.

What happens when my balance runs out?

New scans do not start. The bot replies on the pull request and asks you to top up. There is no overdraft.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Every top-up comes with an invoice from Epicworks s.r.o. We are not a VAT payer, so no VAT is added.

Can I set a team budget?

Team-level monthly caps are on the roadmap.

Refunds?

The plan: within 14 days of purchase, the unused part of that purchase is refunded on request. After that, credit is not refundable but stays usable until it expires.
